The Capital approach

Not a package.
A surgical plan.

Body contouring should begin with a clear conversation—not a predetermined procedure. We look at where you carry volume, the quality of your skin, the proportions you want to preserve and what recovery can realistically look like for you.

Your consultation is where candidacy, treatment areas, anesthesia, medical clearance and aftercare are decided. If surgery is not the right fit, the connected Capital Aesthetic team can also discuss non-surgical body treatments in Suite 804.

We will build the plan together.

Each option below is a conversation—not a promise of candidacy or a predetermined outcome.

Discuss Your Goals
01

Body contouring

Capital 360 Liposuction

A circumferential approach that considers the abdomen, waist, flanks and back as one connected contour rather than isolated treatment zones.

  • Multiple areas planned together
  • Proportion, transition and symmetry considered
  • Fat-transfer options discussed when appropriate

02

Focused contouring

Targeted Liposuction

Focused fat removal for a specific area that has remained out of proportion despite a stable routine and weight.

  • Areas may include abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms or under the chin
  • Treatment extent decided after examination
  • Built for contour—not weight loss
Ask about candidacy
03

Laser assisted

SmartLipo Body Contouring

Laser-assisted lipolysis designed to liquefy targeted fat before removal while supporting collagen response in the treated skin.

  • Best suited to selected areas and candidates
  • Swelling settles before the final contour is visible
  • A stable weight helps protect the result

04

Fat transfer

The Capital Butt Lift

Fat is removed from a donor area, prepared and transferred to create a more considered waist-to-hip transition using your own tissue.

  • Donor contour and transfer planned together
  • Volume goals remain proportional to your frame
  • Recovery instructions protect the transferred fat

05

Natural augmentation

Breast Fat Transfer

A conservative volume enhancement using fat collected during liposuction, without introducing an implant.

  • Designed for a subtle, natural change

Common questions

Useful answers.
No blanket promises.

Your consultation replaces internet certainty with a recommendation based on your health and anatomy.

Who may be a candidate for liposuction?

People near a stable goal weight with localized fat and realistic expectations may be considered. Overall health, medications, smoking status, skin quality and medical clearance can all affect candidacy.

What does “360 liposuction” mean?

It describes contouring planned around the midsection rather than treating only the front. The exact zones included are determined during your examination and documented in your personal plan.

How does fat transfer work?

Fat removed during liposuction is prepared and carefully transferred to another area, commonly the buttocks or breasts. Available volume and the amount that remains long term vary by person.

Will I be awake during the procedure?

Selected procedures may be performed with local anesthesia when clinically appropriate. Your health, procedure extent and comfort plan are reviewed before scheduling.

How much downtime should I plan for?

Recovery depends on the procedure, number of treatment areas, your work and how your body heals. The team will give you a personalized activity and follow-up plan rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.

When will I see my final result?

An early change may be visible once initial swelling begins to settle, but contour and transferred volume continue to evolve over weeks and months. Your team will explain the milestones relevant to your procedure.

Are financing options available?

Capital Aesthetic accepts CareCredit. Your personalized quote, deposit and payment schedule are reviewed after the procedure plan is defined.
