Jonathan Johnson, MD, MBA, CWSP, FAPWCA is an award-winning aesthetic physician, surgeon, and healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, body contouring, reconstructive procedures, and patient-centered wellness. He is board certified and holds advanced certifications in liposuction through both the American Academy of Cosmetic Medicine (AACM) and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery (AAAMS).
Dr. Johnson completed surgical training in General Surgery and served as the prestigious Sylvester J. Carter Fellow in Hand and Plastic Surgery at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, affiliated with Cornell University. His unique background in reconstructive surgery, wound healing, and aesthetics provides patients with a comprehensive approach to both form and function.
Throughout his career, Dr. Johnson has served as Medical Director for multiple aesthetic and cosmetic medicine practices, overseeing clinical operations, provider development, compliance, patient safety initiatives, and strategic growth. He is widely recognized for his expertise in aesthetic and cosmetic practice management, helping organizations optimize clinical performance, patient experience, revenue cycle operations, and scalable business growth within highly competitive aesthetic markets in multiple states.
As Surgical Director of Capital Aesthetic & Laser Center in Washington, DC, Dr. Johnson specializes in advanced body contouring, liposuction, aesthetic rejuvenation, regenerative therapies, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. He is known for delivering natural-looking results while emphasizing patient safety, individualized treatment planning, and exceptional patient experiences.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Johnson holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and has completed executive education programs in Digital Health, Venture Capital, Healthcare Innovation, and Buy-Side Finance through Stanford, Harvard, and Wharton. He is a nationally recognized speaker who has presented research and educational programs on aesthetic medicine, wound care, regenerative medicine, healthcare innovation, and practice operations at conferences across the United States.

Krystian has jumped head first in the aesthetic world and has been spending hours studying and training to be the best aesthetic provider with a safe and efficient set of skills!
