Cancellation Outside the 48-Hour Window

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, there will be no charge.

Cancellation Within the 48-Hour Window

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment time, a $100 fee will be charged to your account.

ALL deposits made for appointments are non-refundable and will be applied as credit toward your next appointment. Deposits will be used for cancellation fees if applicable.
