He is board certified by the American Board of Wound Management and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Johnson trained in general surgery with a fellowship as the Sylvester J. Carter Fellow in Hand and Plastic Surgery at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center of Cornell University. With extensive experience in wound care reconstruction and aesthetic procedures since 2010, Dr. Johnson is proud of the quality service he can offer his patients. Dr. Johnson speaks professionally on wound care and aesthetic medicine education and has presented multiple research projects at national conferences.

Michelle German is a board certified Physician Assistant with an intrinsic eye for beauty. With 10 years experience and advanced knowledge in aesthetic medicine, she specializes in refinements that compliment your natural beauty. She believes in the mind – body connection and that true beauty comes from the soul. Reputed for her compassion, skill and energy, she connects with each client and develops a customized plan to enhance their unique features while giving a rejuvenated result.

Krystian Jones is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is an HBCU graduate from Grambling State University with over 10 years experience as a Registered Nurse and 4 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Although she has spent the majority of her time as a provider for both women’s health and primary care she has always had a love and an eye for beauty. Krystian has jumped head first in the aesthetic world and has been spending hours studying and training to be the best aesthetic provider with a safe and efficient set of skills! This California girl knows when you look good, you feel good and she is dedicated to making each of her clients feel great!

Heather Lim is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in critical care, working in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. Heather has been nominated and achieved multiple nursing stars, all while continuing to educate and orient many new graduate RN’s. She has gained the respect of her peers, patients, and community by providing exceptional care while maintaining a sense of calm in critical situations. Always having a deep interest in beauty, Heather was drawn to the science of aesthetics. After being a patient herself, She knows the joy and confidence a skilled provider can achieve.
